What is HYROX?

HYROX is the global fitness racing phenomenon that brings together running and functional workout stations in an electrifying indoor arena. Taking place in expansive exhibition halls worldwide, HYROX creates an immersive atmosphere where spectators support participants from start to finish.

Every race follows the same standardized format: 8 × 1km runs, each followed by a functional workout station. This consistency enables global leaderboards and culminates in a World Championships at the end of each season.
